Here you will find our offerings, to you, of our hand crafted goodness; Our pizza dough is painstakingly made every day, using only the highest quality ingredients, and of course, lots of love. Our salads and pizza toppings cut fresh every morning, never frozen. From homemade sauces, to fresh grated mozzarella cheese, it is our intent at the Hot Tomato to make sure you have the most delicious pizza experience, each and every time you come in.
Our homemade breadsticks served hot and chewy straight from the oven. Covered in fresh garlic and cheese, served with our Marinara sauce.

Made with our Homemade Pizza dough, these items are made fresh to order. Please allow 25-45 minutes on each of these, it’s well worth the wait!
Pizza dough pocket stuffed with Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella and your choice of 3 pizza toppings. Served with Marinara sauce.
Layers of salami, ham, pepperoni and provolone rolled in pizza dough and baked to perfection. Served with Marinara.

We also have on hand a selection of excellent bottled Microbrews from Odell’s (Fort Collins), New Belgium, (Fort Collins), Sierra Nevada (Cali), and a handful of others.
Not to be so lacking in class, we now carry an assortment of bottled wines. Nothing local here though, we headed down to our neighbors below us and came back with some of the hottest wines from South America right now.
